There are many successful people and several keys which lead to success. But, the
person I admire the most is Wang Yung-Cing.

Who is Wang Yung-Cing? He is a big entrepreneur in Taiwan. He have many
businesses, one of the most famous one is the Formosa Plastic group. Although he is
dead, he will always be Taiwan peoples’ “God of manager”.

Wang Yung-Cing isn’t famous because of its wealth, but his hard-working. He is born
to a tea farming family. They were very poor and his dad almost committed suicide.
When he grew up, he opened a rice shop. To have better results, he tried to figure
out when every customer will need rice. Then he will carry rice to their house of the
customers that needs it. After his rice shop is very successful, he sells it and tried
other business. After many failures, he got a job from the government to open a
plastic company. Once, they had a problem, and he almost have to close the
company down, but at last, they solved it. After that, his “Taiwan plastic group”
became bigger and more famous.

There are many keys to be successful. But I think the most important one is what
Wang Yung-Cing used, work hard. For this key, I believe everyone who used it could
be a successful person.
